As a CPT and a lifestyle transformation coach he is also a health educator. His intent is to provide you with the most current science, health news, fresh and cutting edge exercise technologies, along with up-to-date nutrition and supplement information. Michael provides you with all the training tools you need to either kick-start a healthier lifestyle or take your current exercise and nutrition practices to the next level!
Michael will earn his MS in Depth Psychology in August, 2013 and his PhD will be conferred in late 2014. He is certified by the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM), the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
Michael has personally battled his own weight issues throughout his life. It is through this experience that he is able to truly connect with my clients. He has been in their position and understand what they're going through. Michael make's each of his clients goals his own, and loves the process of achieving those goals together.
