What differentiates us

I provide the perfect balance between experience and result orientation. My love for health and fitness began in high school where I was a decorated two sport athlete – football and track – which led me to pursue my athletic endeavors at the collegiate level. My passion for nutrition and fitness has helped me design nutrition programs for my clients, family and friends that have delivered unparalleled results to “diets” and fitness programs they’ve used in the past.

How we were trained

I have been an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer for more than twelve years and holds a degree in Endurance Nutrition.

I can't imagine doing anything else. I believe strongly in the fact that if you do what you love, you'll never work a day in your life.
