This was a big waste of money. The woman that did my Body Wrap was great and made me feel that this wrap would really work. I may have lost a few total inches during my appt but I didn't notice anything different in the mirror or in my clothes. I was extremely disappointed and would not recommend this procedure to anyone. I would actually like my money back.

On August 21st, I went to Gemini for a body wrap and two area sculpting on my upper thighs. During the measurement process, I was carefully watching Natalie because I was curious as to how the measurements are done. I noticed that she wasn't measuring accurately (giving an extra inch or two when she would pull the tape around). I asked her about it and she blew it off and redirected my attention to the "railroad track" marks she created for the before and after measurements. After the service, I again carefully watched her technique as she measured my body, especially my thighs and this time I noticed that she was accurately measuring using the tape. I again, asked her about the different in measurements. She again referred to the "railroad track" marks. I left the facility without reviewing my before and after measurements. The next day (Aug 22), I reached out to Natalie and told her that I was not seeing any results and that she never provided me with a copy of the measurements. She text me a copy and told me to give it a few days to see the results. The following day (Aug 23), I reached out to Natalie again and shared with her that I was not seeing any results from the body contour or the sculpting. She said it may take a few days to see the results. A few days later (Aug 28), I reached out to Natalie and requested a full refund of the $200. No response. The following day (Aug 29), reached out again. No response. A few days later (Sept. 4), I reached out again and again requested a full refund. Natalie responded and stated "I'm out of my office the next few days. I will get back to you shortly. Thank you". And today (Sept 6) ... still no response ...

I Love Gemini body wraps & sculpting! Natalie was Amazing and very informative about the body wrap, sculpting and results. Not once did i feel uncomfortable during the process. She made me feel at ease. It was Very Relaxing. After my first wrap i Lost over "10" inches!! I cant wait for the results of my sculpting over my problem area which is my belly!
