We believe that a well rounded approach with personalized programs will take you on that journey to being more confident, healthier, and happier. Our staff is dedicated to your journey and they will help you reach your goals in a safe and comfortable surrounding. No more walking into the gym and feeling like its a meat market. The FIT stop is a place where you get to focus on you: through personal training, counseling, and even massage therapy.

What differentiates us
The Fit Stop provides various programs to our customers. These programs and services are personal training, nutritional counseling, massage therapy, and kinder-gymnastics. We believe in a family atmosphere and we want you to feel comfortable during your workout. We also understand that with today's busy schedules that sometimes it seems almost impossible to fit your work out in. With our kinder-gymnastics programs it is possible to schedule your personal training session while your little ones are in their class. This is just one more way we can help you on your journey.
Whether you are looking to lose weight, tone muscle, increase muscle mass, increase your cardiovascular health, increase energy or improve your specific sport, our personal training can help. We offer these programs with our personal training: Weight loss, strength training, muscle toning, carido, and sport specific training. We offer a one-on-one nutritional counseling designed to help you learn how to correctly feed your body what it needs in order to loss inches and weight. Our Nutritional Coaching program currently operates on Tuesday afternoons. Our Nutritional Coach, Carolyn Gabbitas has been helping people lose weight for since 1981. Her approach to weight loss is one of education and accountability.
These classes introduce children ages 2-7 to gymnastics. We offer classes for children 2-4 years old and classes for children 5-7 years old. These classes introduce children ages 2-7 the fundamentals of gymnasts as well as develop motor skills, communication skills, hand-eye coordination, body awareness, and most important, how to have fun doing gymnastics. The classes run for 30 minutes each. Children can come 1-4 days a week. Class size range from 4-6 children to 1 instructor.
The class schedule is as follows:
Friday : 10:00am-10:30 am - Kinder-gym beginners 2-4*
Saturday: 11:00am-12:00 pm - Kinder-gym beginners 5-7
*Please call ahead of time for available classes.
Parents are welcome to come and complete their personal training sessions at the same time. (Call for trainer availability)

Our training style is different than most training facilities. The Fit in our name stands for Full Intense Training. You will be amazed at how many exercises you can get done in 30 minutes. In a typical 30 minute workout, you can expect between 15-20 different exercises. If you are looking to get in shape in an effective way, this place is for you.
