Slim Body Fitness utilizes a comprehensive, systematic, integrated training approach incorporating strength, stability, core and multi-planar movements with an emphasis on postural awareness.
Combine the benefits of a workout partner with the guidance and expertise of a certified personal trainer. Some say that the multiple person training sessions tend to have more effectiveness than one on one training. Nothing like a little friendly competition to help you hold on for those extra 30 seconds on a cardio session or do those last five push ups! Group Training! GET SOME!

In my eyes work is never done. To better serve my clients I will always be adding new features and programs, supplementing my current programs to ensure that I am always offering the best of what’s available in the health and fitness industry.
How we were trained
Avionne is NASM certified and has a degree in Exercise Sports Science from Western State College of Colorado.
Why we love what we do
I have always had a passion to help others do better with themselves when it came to health.
I enjoy making the workouts different each and every time to give the Body Shock treatment. I have trained over 600 people in the past 2 years and I enjoy it with a passion.
