About Fitness TZONE
Fitness TZone offers fitness programs for corporate, individual or group sessions based on goals set for each program without signing a long term contract. I'll meet with you to set your objectives, then create a program that is designed especially for you or your corporate fitness objectives, and perform the workout.
What differentiates us
All of Teresa's programs are designed through evaluation, core and strength training principles to obtain fitness goals, and feedback on a continual basis. Programs are designed for fitness enthusiasts who are on the go and want to optimize their workout either before, during, or after work. Consisting of 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions designed to maximize level and ability.
How we were trained
Terese is an NASM certified personal trainer and has a physical education degree from University of Hawaii. She can help identify a person's true goals and design a program to meet and exceed them. As a sports competitor, Teresa continues to participate in outrigger canoe racing. She has also established herself in the international circuit of triathlons, cycling, with emphasis in running. She was a team member of The Bike Way cycling team and Island Bike and Triathlon racing club, both located in Honolulu. Teresa's coaching experience includes swimming and marathon training. She has been a member of outrigger canoe clubs in Hawaii, CA and held the coaching position at Six Four Outrigger Canoe Club in Toulon, France, bringing the club to win the french championship five times. Personally, she holds four medals from France and Italy.

Teresa Wilson is an international spark of energy. She has always been physically active and loves that she has been able to continue this pursuit throughout her life. She loves working closely with her clients, educating them about the importance of physical fitness and helping them to achieve their own personal goals.
