About Pilates For Bodies

We offer a strengthening workout that combines Core exercises with weight lifting and aerobic conditioning. Of course, strength is not the only consideration in fitness. Other aspects of your fitness include balance, coordination, flexibility, alignment, and posture. We have put together a varied program of exercises that has benefits in all these areas. In contast to Yoga, which is based on a system of positions, our exercises are based on movement. Our workouts are highly fluid and dynamic.
