About Zende Fitness
Touha-Lyuken Martial Arts is a very practical Physical Defense Combat Technique. Zen, your instructor, cares about character development as much as combat techniques. He does not teach the lethal moves until inner development reaches the right level, and adjusts the training routine by individual fitness level.
Master Zen cares about each person and helps with personal progression on request in one on one, whether the subject is relationship within family, work place, and friends, or with learning techniques (both physical and mental).
With Touha-Lyuken, you will learn character development (discipline, respect, and leadership); strength training, coordination, and balance; how to prevent sports injury (and also prevent or ease use-injuries like carpal tunnel, hemorrhoids, back pain, etc); and, of course, self-defense.
What differentiates us
Classes also incorporate ZeNDe, a stretch routine created with common physic issues in mind to help prevent and ease common tightness, strain, and injury (such as back pain and carpal tunnel). The stretching is excellent for joint decompression and conditioning for all sports and athletes as well, not to mention its effectiveness in stress relief.

Taught in Wakayama Japan and developed programs and training in Orange County, CA, USA.
