About Aligned Fitness & Pilates

We do alignment based exercise, including Pilates, cardio, stability, balance, strength training, and personal training. We also teach healthy diet.

What differentiates us

Every workout has exercises that are specifically designed to TEACH as you move, so every time you come in you will practice and improve proprioception and coordination. With practice you will LEARN joint stability and alignment that you'll be able to maintain throughout your workout. You'll get fit while you're gaining so much more.

How we were trained

When I was in High School my part-time job was teaching group exercise classes. I loved my job, so it was only natural that I chose to study exercise science with an emphasis in athletic training when I went to college.

My studies were geared toward training athletes to improve their performance, managing their training and recovery after an athletic injury, and prevention of sport related injuries.
