At SportfitLA we combine the most effective elements of Crossfit, natural movements, gymnastics, martial arts, yoga, and bodybuilding to provide the most unique experience around. In Brentwood and Cheviot Hills we have fantastic parks with a sand pit, basketball courts, hills, benches, baseball diamond, and more. The beach has monkey bars, ropes, rings, dip bars and pull up bars. There is no shortage of exercises that can be utilized in the training.

What differentiates us

I take an all encompassing approach to my training program. I utilize warm up routines focusing on bio-mechanics and posture before maximizing the benefits of speed training drills, agility drills, plyometrics and power training, sport drills and games, strength work using organic body weight exercises, kelltlebells and resistant bands, and metabolic circuits.

How we were trained

I have a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and I am a strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer, and nutrition consultant to athletes from around the world.Over the years I have coached at the collegiate level and I have worked with athletes from Strikeforce (mixed martial arts), the NFL, NHL, NBA, and MLS.

Why we love what we do

While I love working with high level athletes and helping them recover from injuries, get faster, or create the ideal physique for their sport, I am also incredibly passionate about the general population’s fitness and wellness goals. I have worked with professional athletes from all over the world and bring the same attention to detail and enthusiasm I have when I am working with them, I promise to bring to each session with you as well. It is my belief that training should be fun, and always stimulate the body and the mind simultaneously. The goal is a physically and mentally tougher and fitter human being built for show, built for go, and and built to last.
