DCX fitness specializes in personal training. We create workouts and nutritional guidelines to help you reach your fitness goals. We'll do an initial assessment together and then track your progress over time, measuring body fat, BMI, physical endurance and muscle strength. Included for all our clients is a support system - email us anytime - we're here for you!
What differentiates us
We help our clients achieve the body of their dreams through the following workout techniques: Kettlebell training, circuit training, TRX suspension, kickboxing, resistance band training, cardiovascular training, weight-lifting, stretching and recovery. We will train you in our private fitness facility.
How we were trained
Daniel Laga is the owner and head trainer at DCXFitness. Laga brings ten years of experience as a personal trainer, helping clients achieve individual fitness goals ranging from weight loss and toning to strength building and preparing for fitness competitions. Laga himself is a competitive fitness model and has won several titles including first place for Fitness Model California (Muscle Mania) Hermosa Beach.
