I paid $320 for the complete detail.

My car was not done by the 4 hour stated time. It wasn't finished by the time they quoted, and it wasn't finished by the time they told me on the phone to come get my car so I hung out there in the cold waiting.

My car was soaking wet so wet that they gave me foot well liners to sit on to get into my car. I spent over 6 hours running the air trying to get my car dry. I was advised to simply leave the windows cracked and wait for it dry. It's winter here in Oakland and my car is still wet the next day. My car was supposed to be steam cleaned... I have no idea why there is this much water in my seats. Upon sitting in my car my clothes were soaked. This is totally unacceptable. I had to towel dry my seats and I'm still running the air trying to get my car dry.

Minor inconveniences around checking in (I came 5 min before the appointment and had to circle around waiting until the service opened) and checking out (onsite people were unaware the cleaning is paid via mytime and we had to call someone else).

They did a great job. Car is as clean and as pristine as when we bought it.

I expected that the car wash would happen during my 2-3:30 scheduled appointment, and was disappointed that the staff hadn’t even started washing my car at 3:30. The total wait was 3 hours, twice as long as the scheduled appointment. If customers are expected to keep their scheduled appointments under penalty of fees, then the business should make an effort to honor the appointment time. Disappointing experience, wouldn’t recommend.

Everything looked great, I was just surprised that all the upholstery was still very wet when I came to get it. I have to leave all the windows open in order for it to dry. I know the car was very dirty (it's our work vehicle) so I know that they had to shampoo twice. I would have preferred to pick it up later when it was dry though.

And I got a call afterwards that my floor mats were forgotten so I have to go back and pick them up tomorrow.

Everyone was very nice.

They missed a few things. vacuuming the back seat and cleaning scuff marks on door jam.

Deducting one star because the operation seems disorganized. They didn't know what to charge me, which made me feel like maybe the online price is higher than they normally charge -- I was happy to pay the online price, but their asking me what price I had agreed to seemed shady. They didn't connect to the fact that I had booked and paid on line despite the fact that I mentioned this twice when dropping the car off. When I came to pick the car up, they mainly just stood around. No one said, your car is done, here's your key, go pay there, here's our Venmo account, ... They just waited until I asked at each point.

When I arrived at the car wash, the worker didn't know I had made an online appointment. I paid online for a $55 premium exterior car wash/basic interior. The premium exterior car wash was supposed to include a deep rim clean but there was still a lot of break dust on my rims. I also found a number of spots on my paint where there was still bird feces. When I was leaving after my car was finished, I gave the worker a tip and he asked for the rest of the money but I told him I paid online. I attempted to leave again and another worker asked me how I paid so I told him online. After that yet another worker came up to me when I was already in my car asking how I paid. That was quite aggravating. I don't believe I will be returning to People's Car Wash and Auto Detail.

I unfortunately had to leave today before the car wash could be completed. I had to leave at 2pm after dropping off the car at 1pm, in that time, only a basic wash of the exterior of the car was completed. I was told that I could bring it back at 4:30pm to have the wash completed and the interior of the car cleaned, however the gates were closed and nobody was there when I came back.

I paid $50 for the wash online. I'd like a $35 refund given that an Express Exterior Wash is $15. Thanks and based on other vehicles I saw being cleaned while I was waiting, I'll definitely be back!

That said, the one thing that I asked for and was told would be done, but wasn't, was the removal of the "CarMax" sticker on the trunk lid. If this one thing was done as requested, this would've easily been a five-star experience!

I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and was told it would be done in 45-60 minutes. After an hour, I went to check on the status of my car. It hadn't been touched yet, and the staff member I talked to blamed it on someone else going on break. It was done an hour after that, meaning I waited two hours for a basic car wash and vacuuming. And it wasn't even done that well - there were dried soap suds on it, and one rim was skipped entirely. Not pleased.
