About Push Pull Cardio
At Push Pull Cardio we offer our members a comprehensive and integrative wellness approach, dedicated to empowering every member in their own physical transformation. With our multi-faceted approach using TRX Suspension Training, TRX RIP Training and Boot Camp classes we help members achieve a healthy balance in mind and body.
Our classes are designed to realign your body while toning and strengthening your physique. PPC welcomes all levels from those just starting an exercise regimen to the extreme athlete looking to fine-tune their workouts. Small group classes create an inviting atmosphere and allow for true one-on-one attention. We focus on achieving positive change in your mind, body and spirit all while increasing your overall fitness capacity. We provide a fun and creative way for members to increase their individual potential. PPC workouts prepare you for anything you may encounter in life.
What differentiates us
We are 100% focused on our members and their experience. An active lifestyle is extremely difficult to start and then maintain for a lot of people. PPC strives to create a community of members who all support, push, and motivate one another.
We design our workouts to be intense while utilizing different components that our members enjoy. We don't use a "cookie cutter" or "one size fits all" approach to exercise, nor do we attempt to force feed our members a workout. Instead, we listen and fine tune our workouts to make sure that our members are getting the most out of the time they are spending with us. And we make sure to make it fun and enjoyable.
And group fitness classes offer accountability in ways that individual personal training does not. Members create friendships and bonds with other members, which increases attendance, performance, and the overall enjoyment of the class. I also follow up with my clients if I haven't seen them in a few days, just to offer a nudge to come back and to let them know that we miss having them in class.
As part of Push Pull Cardio's philosophy of supporting the community, we donate a portion of our proceeds every month to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital as a Partner in Hope. Help us find cures for children with life-threatening diseases.
How we were trained
Alan is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as well as a qualified TRX Group Instructor. Alan eats, sleeps and breathes fitness. Possessing an extensive background in athletics, his program designs have been tried and tested to build lean muscle, reduce overall body fat and enhance your overall mood and appearance.
After losing his 6 year old daughter to cancer in 2012, Alan has been working to help families throughout the community to establish healthy lifestyles as homage to his daughter. "As a trainer, I find that people fail to reach and maintain healthy lifestyles due to a lack of knowledge and accountability. I work closely with the community to improve self-efficacy and ensure proper fitness and nutrition."
