How we were trained
Michael Mills, sole-proprietor of EDGE, is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), received a BS in Kinesiology (Exercise Science) from USC, and is a licensed Metabolic Training Coach and Nutritionist.
