Dustin has been a trainer since 2006 and founded BandsAndBody (multi-limb resistance band training) in 2012 after seeing repeatedly how fast you can tone up when using multiple body parts at once. From there, it developed into a partner exercise class unlike any other, which is now taught in gyms and drug rehabs. He was also Featured Trainer in a documentary on curing diabetes through exercise and diet. And has developed a 28-Day Body Transformation program based on that process. Currently he lives and trains on the Santa Monica beach.

Dustin Conrad is a NASM, CPR and AED certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist.
