My name is Jeff Archibald, I am an A.C.E. Certified Trainer with 25 years of experience. My specialties are corrective conditioning for performance, injury prevention, post-physical therapy and senior specific regimens for the older clientele. I started as an athletically based performance trainer for serious athletes which readily includes general fitness training and weight loss for all abilities. I have trained many over-weight and obese clients; they have successfully lost thousands of pounds and gained lasting control over their health. The ‘secret training formula’ for every goal in life is unyielding focus and commitment.I also teach indoor rock climbing; a challenging full body workout that is fun and safe. A perfect endeavor for kids (ages 8 +) and adults of all ages; groups up to four people. There is a variety of fitness equipment at the rock climbing facility. Great for cross-training the entire body and sharing sessions with a friend. I also offer outdoor cardio training and trail guiding for individuals and groups up to 12 people. The Santa Monica Mountains have beautiful ocean view trails for all abilities; level to super steep: Walking, power hiking, trail running, mtn biking and road cycling. What differentiates us
I have been a very strong, focused, capable athlete and I have also been an extremely injured patient. I know what it means to dig from the bottom. My experiences have given me the empathy to train from the heart to the brain to the body. Healthy and strong is inside and out; you can not separate the emotions from the physical.
