Debbie is a NASM certified personal trainer. Her style focuses on full body exercises that work multiple muscle groups at the same time, improving strength, balance, and stamina. She works at your level to help you create and reach your fitness goals. Debbie is a body positive trainer. She believes fitness and fun can coexist. She wants you to feel comfortable in your body.
Sessions are currently all virtual.

In this busy world, time is precious. And not everyone has the same fitness goals. So why would you all want the same fitness regimen? You might not need to work out more often- just more efficiently.
I create an exercise routine designed around reaching your own personal needs. I'm a stickler for form, because an exercise done properly always gets results. What's more, I specialize in full body exercises. Translation: exercises that work multiple muscle groups at the same time to maximize the burn. I promise, you'll "feel the difference."

Why we love what we do
I have been an exercise enthusiast for years. I love to hike, bike, and I can't get enough Zumba. I even had a Zumba birthday party a couple years back. But for someone who spent hours at the gym, I didn't really have the body to prove it. I started to study fitness, and really began to learn how to maximize exercise efficiency.
I love passing on my wisdom to my clients. I focus on full body exercises- or exercises that work multiple muscle groups at the same time. I work at the clients level to improve strength, balance, and stamina.
I get excited when I see clients who have written off an active lifestyle because of a bad knee or back, finding their body working for them in ways they never imagined.
Sometimes simply making a small adjustment to form during exercise makes all the difference in the world, and I'm here to be the supportive hand and eye you might need to take your body to the next level.
