Pilates Instruction for Privates, Duets, Small Groups and Group Mat and Reformer classes. I bring over 10 years experience to my classes, as well as first hand experience in injury prevention and rehabilitation through Pilates training. What differentiates us

I was a professional dancer for 25 years. I worked on Broadway in New York City. I have pushed and stressed my body to it's limits and Pilates has allowed me to be virtually pain free. I have had injuries to almost every part of my body. Through physical therapy and Pilates, I understand how the body and muscles work and how to rehabilitate you. I am able to bring you back from serious injuries and surgeries, making your body stronger and leaner.

How we were trained

I trained at Pilates Sports Center in Encino, CA. I am trained in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Pre & Post Natal, Knee Injuries, Jump Board, and more.

Why we love what we do

I love Pilates because after 10 years of chronic low back pain, doing Pilates sessions 3 times a week after 3 months, the pain disappeared. I have seen the miracle that Pilates is on my own body and want to help people release their pain. I believe Pilates is the way to a better you. Pilates will alleviate pain, increase stamina, correct posture, strengthen muscles, prevent injuries, and improve your sex life.
