Each yoga class at Bristol CT Yoga is designed to help you feel stronger, calmer, and freer from the inside out. Our main focus is making the practice relevant to each student on an individual level. Expect to find classes for all levels of practitioner, and styles for all levels of energy in a friendly and cozy environment that literally offers some of the best quality yoga instruction in Bristol, CT.
What differentiates us
Lead instructor Nisha Whitfield brings her 10 years of personal experience, 500 hours of training, and nearly 1000 hours of client experience to each class to help you achieve your goals. We take great pride in offering the people of Bristol Connecticut trend setting and original specialty yoga classes such as Core Flow and Candlelight Yoga. How we were trained
Lead instructor Nisha Whitfield completed her 500 hours of registered yoga teacher training in New York City at ISHTA Yoga (which is an acronym for the Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra, and Ayurveda), under the guidance of her master teachers, Yogiraj Alan Finger, Jean Koerner, and Mona Anand.

I love being able to merge my passions for yoga with my mission to make yoga accessible. I truly believe that yoga is universal. It can be practiced by people of all backgrounds, abilities, and lifestyles. At Bristol CT Yoga we don't care about the path that anyone takes to get to their mat, each day we are just happy to see people get to there.
