In a relaxed atmosphere she provided a therapeutic massage that provided relief to the low back pain that had plagued me for days. She gave suggestions for stretches as a follow up as well. I’ll be back for sure.

Not only did she work my delts but she gave me suggestions to avoid creating the issue again. She told me she would be working the muscles in my upper back hard...and she was not kidding.
