MD Fitness and Run Club’s mission is to help others achieve their fitness and athletic goals, test and exceed their limits, and live healthier lives.

After a life time of running, a decade of body building, and more recently, a balance of strength training and endurance athletics, I have developed an intensive but simple solution for weight loss, muscle gain, cardio health, speed and strength. The Cardio-Core Interval System is a fast-paced 40 minutes of fat burning cardio, integrated with core strengthening movements and functional training.
In short, a completely balanced body.

I have been fortunate to share my passion for athletics working as a personal trainer, track & field and strength and conditioning coach. Now, I want to help you to achieve your fitness and health goals. It’s up to you to choose to a better, healthier you.
