With Susan at Transform Your Life Fitness we cultivate a full body work-out which combines STRENGTH, PILATES, YOGA and CARDIO. This workout is tailored for women and Susan's clients range in age from 28 years old to 71 years old. If you are young or old, a former professional athlete or new to fitness, we can accommodate your goals and ensure that you achieve them.

At Transform Your Life Fitness you will be working out in private boutique studio that is reminiscent of a beach house at the Hampton's, or weather permitting; in Central Park.

Personal training should be personal and private, and with Susan who has been in the business for over 20 years you have the highest level of training experience attention and consulting advice.
