Our mission at Trouble Defense, LLC is to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills to defend and protect themselves and their family in a secure manner. We achieve this by offering diverse programs that allow you to pick and choose what training works for you and your family and or staff. Our mission is to provide each individual with the knowledge and skills of fire arms. The basic fundamentals of marksmanship is what we teach so you can feel comfortable using fire arms for sports and even protection.
How we were trained
Darryl J. Parker, Jr., is the CEO and Founder of Trouble Defense LLC. Born and raised in Washington, D.C., he graduated from Surrattsville High School after they relocated to Clinton Maryland. In high school, he joined the Old School Boxing team where he was undefeated. A private teacher trained him for various competitions. He graduated from the Art Institute of Washington with a degree in Graphic Design. He then joined the United States Army where he gained more than 10 years of security and military experience. He served in the army for eight years as a Logistic Specialist, and a Certified Armor and Firearm Assistant Specialist.
Mr. Parker has worked as a supervisor and security guard for top companies in the industry including Lockheed Martin MSP™ and Booze Allen & Hamilton™. He is currently an NRA-certified pistol instructor and has trained hundreds of people with firearms. His classes include teaching people how to safely handle a firearm and to accurately hit targets. He also has a passion for defending and protecting people and equipping people with the knowledge and skills to protect themselves. Currently, he operates Trouble Defense through three different entities such as firearm training, combative training and safety seminars. Through these trainings, he provides the tools his clients need to defend themselves against trouble.
