Welcome to Fit Body 4 U. As a single dad with two daughters, I know the time constraints faced by most of us. You say to yourself, how do I find the time to exercise? Staying healthy and fit doesn't require as much time as you may think. Everyone can find 3-5 hours a week for themselves. Not much time is it?!? Personal Training is a great way to get you fit, and help you to lose weight! It fits in your schedule and gets results. A schedule helps you be accountable and it ensures you'll get workouts in, without fail! You've only got 1 body and 1 life. Resolve to Change!

My strength training programs will enable you to lose weight, gain muscle tone, increase your endurance and improve your overall health and appearance. My approach will help you transform both body and mind. Breaking bad habits is one of the most challenging things that one can face. Together, we will replace bad habits with good ones. I will help you set goals and reach them. I don't just show you how to do an exercise; I educate you in the areas of strength training, cardiovascular endurance, and proper nutrition.
